With a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and over five years of marketing experience, Tenzin brings a strong and well-rounded expertise to her real estate practice. Her background in economics gives her a deep understanding of market dynamics, while her studies in political science provide insight into zoning laws, government policies, and the political structures that shape real estate development. Her marketing experience allows her to position properties strategically and attract the right buyers.

During her two years at JLL, she gained valuable experience working alongside executive leadership across all major asset classes of Commercial Real Estate. She later earned her MBA in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University, where she also served as President of the Real Estate Club.

Outside of real estate, Tenzin enjoys running along the lakefront, cooking authentic cultural recipes, and supporting local businesses. Her family’s journey from her grandparents’ escape from Tibet to her upbringing in Rogers Park has instilled in her a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for Chicago’s rich culture.
